DeForest Williams 9-23-13 Press Conference

Contracts were signed and finalized yesterday to purchase the 32-acre DeForest Williams property located on the waterfront in Cold Spring Harbor. The public-private partnership has allowed the North Shore Land Alliance,Town of Huntington and Suffolk County, with a generous grant from New York State, to purchase the estate for $8.5 million.
